IP Office 500
Supports 12 expansion modules providing a combination of up to 384 analog, digital, IP, and 3rd party SIP telephones, with capacity for 16 analog trunks or 8 digital trunks (192 T1/PRI channels or 240 E1 channels). Optionally, SIP trunks are also supported. As with the IP Office 412, the IP Office 500 supports additional analog trunks using Expansion Modules. Optional support for up to 128 voice compression channels is available.
The Avaya IP Office 500 system includes a robust set of tools for administration (Manager), call tracking (SMDR), system monitoring and diagnostics (System Status Application). The ability for users to manage their own calls is supplied through a simple GUI (Phone Manager). Phone Manager functionality can be enhanced through simple licensing and to support IP softphones.

Mitel 5000 CP
The 5000 CP is built on a scalable software and hardware platform that efficiently combines the best of both data networking and TDM switching architectures. The 5000 CP supports digital telephones natively, in addition to out-of-the-box IP networking. It is designed to help scale and protect your investment with add-on modules and processors in a form factor that is optimized for shelf-top, rack-mount, and wall-mount scenarios. The 5000 CP may be networked with an existing Inter-Tel® Axxess® communications system, offering backwards migration compatibility and expansion of IP networking. The 5000 CP is expandable to support up to 250 users and multiple sites.
The 5000 CP delivers a complete suite of business applications out of the box which include unified Voice Messaging , Hot Desking, Meet-Me Conferencing, ACD and enhanced mobility with Dynamic Extension Express, Teleworking. In addition, the Mitel 5000 CP supports a range of advanced Unified Communications applications via the Mitel Applications Suite (MAS), the Mitel Unified Communicator® (UC) Express and the Mitel Unified Communicator® (UC) Advanced.

Maximiser 5100 Call Server
Each 5100 Call Server can support up to 500 IP or analogue extensions and is supplied as standard with 4-16 voicemail ports and 1,500 hours of voicemail storage. Basic Auto Attendant is also included. Constructed on a Linux platform and built around an LDAP database, the 5100 Call Server module provides the foundation of the maximiser system, hosting call routing capabilities, voice processing, a SIP Proxy Server, H.323 Gateway & GateKeeper and integral Apache Web Server.
Supplied with an initial capability to support up to eight analogue extensions, the 5100 Call Sever provides physical expansion capabilities to support eight further analogue extensions and four directly connected IP Phones. Higher densities of IP and analogue phones are supported through the addition of standard LAN switches and maximiser Phone Modules respectively.
Supplied as standard with 4 Basic Rate ISDN telephone lines, trunk capacity can be expanded via two further Basic Rate interfaces, dual Primary Rate ISDN (PRI)/DPNSS, SIP and H.323 IP Trunks.
In scenarios where support for more than 500 users is required, multiple 5100s can be linked together via the IP LAN or WAN to provided a single seamless system for up to 10,000 users.
